Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE PROCEEDING

WE ASK THAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ALREADY BOOKED APPOINTMENT YOU PLEASE DO SO PRIOR TO 48 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND DATE, IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE 48 TIME PERIOD WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE AT NO COST.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED THERE IS NO REFUND ON AN APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT. WE CAN EITHER GIVE YOU A BIG TOM'S GIFT CARD FOR FUTURE USE OR HOLD IT AS CREDIT ON YOUR BIG TOM'S DETAILING PORTAL ACCOUNT FOR FUTURE USE.

ALL CERAMIC COATING AND HIGH DOLLAR JOBS WILL REQUIRE 25% OF THE TOTAL INVOICE TO COVER THE SUPPLIES BECAUSE WE DO NOT KEEP CERTAIN ITEMS IN STOCK DUE TO SHELF LIFE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT IS MADE AND RECEIVED WE WILL LOCK YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE CALENDAR. ONCE A DEPOSIT IS MADE THERE IS NO REFUND BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS WE PURCHASE ARE NON RETURNABLE.

**IF YOU BOOK A SERVICE LATE IN THE DAY CLOSE TO OUR CLOSING TIME AND THE SERVICE PUTS US PAST THE CLOSING TIME WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE BOOKING AND WILL CALL YOU TO FIGURE OUT A BETTER DATE AND TIME.. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER WHEN WE CALL TO RESCHEDULE OR CONFIRM A NEW DATE AND TIME THE DEPOSIT YOU MADE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A NEW DEPOSIT ON THE NEW SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME.

BY CONTINUING WITH BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE AND ON OUR POLICIES PAGE.
