We are a FULLY functional detail shop on wheels and we can travel to your home, office, parking lot while you shop, apartment complex and we bring ALL the tools required, including filtered water and electricity. We do however charge a small travel fee for ALL mobile services.
If you choose to have services performed at your location we do charge a travel fee. Here is how it is structured... - We charge a small travel fee which varies with distance we need to travel, THIS IS FOR EVERY DETAIL SERVICE UNLESS WE SPECIFY OTHERWISE.. - IF YOU BOOK THE VILLAGERS EXCLUSIVE DETAIL PACKAGE, YOU WILL HAVE A REDUCED TRAVEL FEE OF $5 UNDER TEN MILES AND IF WE TRAVEL OVER TEN MILES THE FEE IS $10..... - If you pay using a credit card, payment link, Cash App we charge a 3.5% convenience fee. We Offer An Immediate 3.5% Cash Discount When You Pay With Cash. All Advertised Prices Already Reflect This Discount. If you use the AfterPay payment app we charge 9% convenience fee.
IF WE PROCESS A CREDIT CARD OR A CHECK AND IT BOUNCES OR HAS INSUFFICIENT FUNDS WE WILL CHARGE YOU A $45 BOUNCED CHECK FEE AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE WITHIN 7 DAYS WE WILL APPLY FOR A MECHANICS LEIN ON YOUR TITLE AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ADDED UNITL PAID IN FULL
All estimates that are acquired thru our online portal are NOT set in stone 100% until we evaluate your vehicle IN PERSON so that we can view what needs to be done and charge accordingly. Once the final price is locked in then services will begin. We will NEVER start a service and surprise you with additional fees, we will always figure out our price guarantee before service starts. When booking on our portal you can create a client account for FREE, it does require either a mobile phone that accepts sms messaging or an active email address that you can accept our estimates and invoices. We gather basic information, Name, contact info, year, make and model of vehicle(s), address and so on... and you must agree to our terms and conditions before booking services.
We REQUIRE a deposit on ALL services booked thru our portal, it prevents others from scheduling the time and date you've requested and customers from not showing up and us loosing a spot that someone else could have gotten scheduled for and keeps people are are not serious about getting services away and wasting everyones time. Our deposit is a MINIMUM of $25 of the total invoice amount and that comes off the bill at the end. Cancellations happen and we understand things do pop up... But if we lose a day that cost us money so we try to keep cancellations to a minimum, now if you do have to cancel for whatever reason we ask that you do it as soon as possible so we can recover that time slot with another client, however regardless of what the reason is for cancellation we DO NOT refund deposits. If you cancel we will either gladly reschedule you for a better time or we can always give you credit on your Big Tom's Account in the amount your deposit was for so that you can use it at a later time.
Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be cancelled at anytime at the sole discretion of Big Tom's Detailing. - Big Tom's Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
